  1. Breakdown of the total cost of the project into smaller sections according to the WBS of the project as per either payment schedule provided by the client or our previous experiences.
  2. Fractionate the total cost of the project into several disciplines like Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation, Commissioning & Handing over.
  3. Assignment of these costs to either all the activities or on completion of a particular activity (Stage Payment).
  4. By assignment of the costs to the activities, carry out an S-Curve/ Histogram, which represents the financial values required monthly for the completion of the project within time and budget.
