We develop the Project Schedule to identify and define the work to be done from start to finish, meeting the project requirements, which include the Tasks, Resources (labor and non-labor like Equipment, Materials, and even Funds), and Milestones that are necessary to complete the project. Accordingly, we offer/ tailor our services for the following:
- Project Schedule based on the Scope of the Project as defined in Contract Documents, Drawings, and the BOQ (if available).
- Breakdown the Scope of Work in smaller, manageable parts in the form of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
- Identify and add the activities in the lowest node of the WBS.
- Estimate and assign durations to the activities based on the previous experiences.
- Assign logical relationships between the activities to form Total Project Network.
- Prepare the reports for Project Schedule (Detailed/Summary/Look-Ahead Schedule reports), S-Curves/ Histograms for Resources, Physical Progress, and Financial Progress.
- If required, Estimate and Allocate Resources to the project activities. Please refer to Resource Estimation Services mentioned separately.
